Venue Details

The Bailey Allen Hall is a multi-purpose venue at University College, Galway. It's located within a 5-minute walk of the city centre.

This year's meeting will be held in Galway. As home to Druid Theatre, Macnas, and the Galway International Arts Festival Galway, and European Capital of Culture for 2020, Galway is a natural home for a meeting exploring medicine through the lenses of culture and the arts.

Listed as one of Condé Nast's friendliest cities in the world, Galway is also home to a thriving food scene, and is set on the Wild Atlantic Way at the gateway to Connemara. The meeting will be organising social events that showcase what the city has to offer, and arranging activities for accompanying spouses and partners.

Early Bird tickets will go on sale at 6pm GMT on January 28th 2019. Sign up to our newsletter for a reminder!

Hotels have been block booked for delegates attending dotMD19. All hotels are within walking distance of the conference venue, NUI Galway.

CME Points

Our previous meetings have all been eligible for CME  / CPD. We will post details about this year's event soon.
