Galway

This year's meeting will be held in Galway. As home to Druid Theatre, Macnas, and the Galway International Arts Festival Galway, and European Capital of Culture for 2020, Galway is a natural home for a meeting exploring medicine through the lenses of culture and the arts.

Listed as one of Condé Nast's friendliest cities in the world, Galway is also home to a thriving food scene, and is set on the Wild Atlantic Way at the gateway to Connemara. The meeting will be organising social events that showcase what the city has to offer, and arranging activities for accompanying spouses and partners.
